I'm Nic. I'm the Customer Experience Lead at Sorry™, where I look after support, technical communications, and anything that sits between the product and the people using it. Small team, lots of hats.
Most of my time outside of work goes to Scouting. I'm Group Lead Volunteer at 1st Gotherington, running everything from Squirrels through to Scouts. I'm also on the camp management team for Zellhof 2027 — Gloucestershire Scouts' expedition to Austria with 180+ young people.
I build things on the side too. Scout Pages gives Scout groups a simple way to have their own website. I like making useful things for people who don't have the budget or time to build them.
